In the year 2009, we were victorious in many events and achieved goals. We started Karate classes for kids & Adults; also we started computer classes especially for kids & all age groups. We sent 116 candidates to the IMSS festival and 23 students awarded with gold medals, 58 silver and 27 with Bronze medals.
An extra curricular activity, we organized 'Global Kids Performance Day 2009' to explore our kiddies' creative talents. This event was successful. Same as before, we had competition in poetry, speech, art, copy writing, creative writing and debate.
We also started! vidhyarambam' a program for youngsters who desire to step into the carre of education. To explore our students enormous talents, we organized 'Global Glitz 2009' and we re happy it did succeed too.The prizes winners of 'Global Annual Competition 'are to be awarded with medals, trophies and certificates.
Teachers day and UKG Farewell also was celebrated which was organized by the parents and the management. UKG Graduation, UKG Farewell, Christmas Party was celebrated with Santa in December. In our final event "Global Glitz 2023 (Annual Concert-UKG Kids Graduation Ceremony was held on 11th December 2023) his competition is launched to do a hunt in kids talent on Speech, Copywriting, Dictation, Colouring/Drawing, Poem/Rhymes and story Telling.
Global kids preschool is celebrating its 25th year anniversary in 2023 has become one of the leading English Montessori in Colombo North and Wattala
Children's day was celebrated as "colourful Holi children's day". Special and highlighted event of the year is Fathers Premier League was launched by September 2023. Rhymes day were celebrated and "Kids Talent Hunt" was launched by November and it succeed with a huge support with kids and parents participation.
In the year 2014, we entered 92 students to IMSS festival-UK poem competitions. 32 of our students were awarded gold medals, 43 with silver medals and 12 bronze medals five of our students selected as ALL ISLAND FINALIST and were awarded certificates. Students who took part in IWMS speech and spoken English examinations passed with honors.
